Step 1: Cookie:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Cream first five ingredients together. In a separate bowl sift together dry ingredients. Combine with creamed mixture. Roll into one inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Press a fork criss-cross on each cookie. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Step 2: Dip:
Ingredients:
- 8 oz SACO Chocolate Dolci Frutta
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
Prepare Saco Dolci frutta according to package directions. Dip 1/2 of each cookie in Dolci frutta. Roll in chopped peanuts.
