Step 1: Cookie:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Roll dough into one inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for
14-16 minutes. Immediately upon removing from oven, make a center dip in each cookie with a melon baller. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Filling:

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz SACO Chocolate CHUNKS
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Instructions:

Melt all ingredients in a double boiler. When smooth, drop a teaspoon of filling into each little cookie.

This Recipe Yields: 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
